§ 23-108. Commissioned officers may become students.

Any commissioned officer of the organized militia and Governor's militarystaff of this Commonwealth may become a student at any state institution ofhigher learning for a period not exceeding ten months, and receiveinstruction in any or all the departments of military science taught thereinwithout being required to pay any fee or charge for tuition.
