§ 23-95.1. Executive Committee.

The Board of Visitors may, at any regular meeting held after July 1 in anyyear, appoint an Executive Committee from its own body for the purpose oftransacting business during the recess of the Board. Such Executive Committeeshall consist of not less than three nor more than five members, one of whomshall be the president. A committee so created shall serve until the nextregular meeting of the Board or the following July 1.
