§ 23-124. Appointment of professors; removal of professors and officers.
The board shall appoint as many professors as they deem proper, and, with theassent of two-thirds of the members of the board, may remove any professoror, subject to the provisions of Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) of Title2.2, any other officer of the University.
