§ 23-135.10. Administration.
The board of visitors of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and StateUniversity in cooperation with the State Board of Education shall provide forthe administration of such Institute through such persons as they determineproper and shall make such appointments to the administrative and technicalstaff of the Institute as in their judgment appear best.
