There is hereby established within the Virginia Polytechnic Institute andState University a division to be known as the "Clifton Forge-CovingtonBranch of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University,"hereinafter referred to as the division. Such division shall be in allrespects subject to the judgment, control and supervision of the governingboard of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
