§ 23-135.7:2. Function.

The Center shall be an interdisciplinary study, research, information andresource facility for the Commonwealth of Virginia utilizing the fullcapabilities of faculty, staff, libraries and laboratories for the benefit ofVirginians and the expansion of knowledge pertaining to coal and energyresearch and development.
