§ 23-138. Experimental farms.
A portion of the fund, not exceeding ten per centum of the proportionassigned to Virginia State University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute andState University, may be expended, in the discretion of the governing boardsof the institutions, respectively, in the purchase of lands for experimentalfarms for each of them.
