§ 23-143. Cost to students.

The students admitted to the nautical school shall have the privilege ofattending the same without charge for tuition, or for use of laboratories orpublic buildings, but the cost of such students in the school for board,room, medical care and other necessary expenses shall be the same as the costto students in the engineering departments of the Institute.
