§ 23-277. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Board" means the Commonwealth Health Research Board.

"Council" means the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.

"Fund" means the Commonwealth Health Research Fund.
