§ 23-289. Authority to adopt regulations as to use and visitation ofproperties.

A. The Board of Trustees, or the executive committee thereof, of theFoundation may adopt such regulations from time to time, concerning the useand visitation of properties under the control of the Jamestown-YorktownFoundation, to protect or secure such properties and the public enjoymentthereof.

B. Any person, who knowingly violates a regulation of the Foundation may berequested by an agent or employee of the Foundation to leave the property andupon the failure of such person so to do, shall be guilty of a trespass, asprovided in § 18.2-119.
