§ 23-290.1. America's 400th Anniversary Commemoration; report.
On or before June 30, 2009, the Foundation shall prepare a report providingan overview of the planning and a record of events for America's 400thAnniversary Commemoration. Such report shall be prepared under the guidanceof the planning entity and published as a joint document of the House ofDelegates and the Senate of Virginia.
