§ 23-30.36. Annual report; examination of records, books and accounts.

The Authority shall submit an annual report to the Governor and GeneralAssembly on or before November 1 of each year. Such report shall contain, ata minimum, the annual financial statements of the Authority for the yearending the preceding June 30. The records, books and accounts of theAuthority shall be subject to examination and inspection by duly authorizedrepresentatives of the General Assembly and any bondholder or bondholders atany reasonable time, provided the business of the Authority is not undulyinterrupted or interfered with thereby.
