§ 23-49.26. Eligibility to serve for more than two terms.

No person shall be eligible to serve on the board of visitors for or duringmore than two successive four-year terms; but after the expiration of a termof two years or less, or after the expiration of the remainder of a term towhich appointed to fill a vacancy, a member may serve two additionalfour-year terms if appointed thereto.
