The Miller Manual Labor School of Albemarle, created pursuant to Chapter 61of the Acts of Assembly of 1874, is continued as The Miller School ofAlbemarle, an educational institution of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as acorporation with all of the rights and powers of nonprofit, nonstockcorporations chartered under Chapter 10 (§ 13.1-801 et seq.) of Title 13.1for the purpose of providing quality education to certain worthy students.
