§ 23-77. Confirmation of certain proceedings and contracts.
All proceedings heretofore had before any court or in any clerk's office, andall contracts heretofore entered into, for acquiring land by condemnation orpurchase, for any of the purposes mentioned in § 23-76, are hereby confirmedand made valid.
