§ 24.2-711.1. Rejected absentee ballots; notice of reason for rejection.

The electoral board of each county and city shall send a written explanationof the reason for rejection of an absentee ballot to the voter whose absenteeballot is rejected within ninety days of the date on which the ballot isrejected. The State Board of Elections shall promulgate instructions toimplement the provisions of this section.
