§ 25.1-106. Condemnation of lands within agricultural and forestal districts.

No property that is within an agricultural and forestal district as providedby Chapter 43 (§ 15.2-4300 et seq.) of Title 15.2 shall be condemned exceptin accordance with §§ 15.2-4312 and 15.2-4313.
