§ 26-46. Resignation by fiduciary of his trust.

Any personal representative, guardian, conservator or committee may beallowed by the court in which or before the clerk of which he qualified toresign his trust after his accounts as such fiduciary have been stated andsettled in the mode prescribed by law; but such resignation shall notinvalidate any act done or affect any liability incurred by him while holdingsuch trust.
