§ 26-63. When bond may be dispensed with.

In any case in which it shall be made to appear to the satisfaction of thecourt that the laws of the foreign state or country, in which the infant orincapacitated person resides and the foreign guardian, conservator orcommittee was appointed and qualified, do not provide for the giving of abond by the guardian, conservator or committee, the court, in its discretion,may permit the money and other estate of the infant or incapacitated personto be paid and delivered to such foreign fiduciary although he has not giventhe bond required by § 26-62.
