§ 27-17. Entry of buildings on fire and premises adjoining.

The chief of any fire/EMS department, or company or other authorized officerin command at a fire or medical emergency, and his subordinates, upon hisorder or direction, shall have the right at any time of the day or night toenter any building or upon any premises where a fire or medical emergency isin progress, or any building or premises adjacent thereto for the purpose ofextinguishing the fire or performing emergency medical services.
