§ 27-23.3. Reimbursement for advances.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, the governing body shalldirect the treasurer to reimburse the general fund of the city or county fromthe proceeds of any funds to the credit of the fire/EMS district, nototherwise specifically allocated or obligated to the extent that the city orcounty has made advances to the fire/EMS district from such general fund toassist the district to exercise the powers set forth in § 27-23.1.
