§ 27-45. Payments for partial disability.

Should a volunteer fire fighter be injured under circumstances set forth in §27-43, so as to be prevented from attending to his usual occupation for aperiod greater than two weeks, but not permanently and totally disabled, heshall be paid in like manner the sum of twenty-five dollars per week untilable to return to his usual occupation, provided, that the payments shall notcontinue in any event for a period greater than ten weeks.
