§ 28.2-211. Hearing on proposed regulations.
A public hearing shall be held by the agency at the time and place designatedin the notice prescribed in § 28.2-209. An opportunity shall be afforded allinterested persons to be heard and to submit objections, amendments, evidenceand arguments.
