§ 28.2-512. Interfering with oyster inspections; penalty.

It is unlawful for any person possessing unshucked oysters to (i) resist orinterfere with an officer while he examines oysters suspected of beingunculled or (ii) refuse to admit an officer to a boat or oyster house for thepurpose of such inspection.

A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
