§ 28.2-557. Unlawful to threaten or hinder surveyor; rights of surveyor;penalty.

It is unlawful for any person to threaten, resist, or in any manner interferewith a surveyor in the performance of duties relating to oyster grounds. Thesurveyor shall have the right to enter upon any person's lands in theperformance of his duties.

A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
