§ 28.2-620. Delinquent ground.

Any ground or area which becomes delinquent shall be open and available to beleased, after the following conditions have been met:

1. The Commissioner has notified the person in writing on or about September1 of that year of the amount of rent due;

2. If the rent becomes delinquent, the Commissioner has mailed a secondnotice by certified mail on or about June 1 of the following year; and

3. The person holding the lease does not pay all rents and penalties due onor before June 30 of the following year.
