The provisions in this chapter referring or relating to the leasing of oystergrounds include the right of the Commissioner to lease grounds for planting,growing, storing, and harvesting clams. The Commissioner may use the sameapplication and assignment forms and procedures for leasing grounds forproducing clams as provided for leasing grounds for producing oysters.
