Upon receipt of such notice, the owner or operator of such grounds,establishment, or other place shall cease to take crustacea, finfish, orshellfish from such ground, except as is hereinafter provided, and shallcease to prepare for market, or to sell or offer for sale, or to dispose ofcrustacea, finfish, or shellfish in such establishments or other places untilthe cause for such notice has been removed or relieved to the satisfaction ofthe State Health Commissioner.
