§ 28.2-815. Application for special permit.

Application for the special permit provided for in §§ 28.2-810 and 28.2-811shall be made on forms provided by the Commissioner of Marine Resourcesbefore the removal, transportation or relaying of shellfish from condemnedareas. This permit shall not be transferable.
