§ 28.2-905. Resistance to officer or authorized person, etc.; penalty.

Any person found guilty of resisting or impeding an officer or other personauthorized to make arrests, seizures, examinations or other performances ofduties under this subtitle, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
