§ 29.1-203. Jurisdiction; power to serve process.

A. Conservation police officers shall have jurisdiction throughout theCommonwealth to enforce the hunting, trapping and inland fish laws and mayserve process in all matters arising from violations of such laws.

B. Conservation police officers shall enforce the State Water Control Board'sregulations designating Smith Mountain Lake as a no-discharge zone for boatsewage.
