§ 29.1-302. Special license for certain resident disabled veterans.

Any resident veteran who has a permanent and total service-connecteddisability as certified by the Veterans' Administration, upon certificationand payment of a five-dollar fee, may apply for and receive from theDepartment a nontransferable license, valid for life, permitting the veteranto hunt and fish on any property in the Commonwealth according torestrictions and regulations of law. However, this license shall not entitlethe owner to fish in designated waters stocked with trout by the Departmentor other public body. The Board may subsequently revise the cost of the feepursuant to § 29.1-103.
