The Board may create a separate license for hunting with a crossbow. The feefor this special license shall not be greater than one and one-half times thecost of the basic hunting license required under § 29.1-303. The specialcrossbow license may be obtained from the clerk or agent of any county orcity whose duty it is to sell licenses. In creating this separate license forhunting with a crossbow, the Board shall determine during which season thelicense is required.
