§ 29.1-309.3. State junior resident trapping license established; fee.
There is hereby established a state youth resident trapping license, whichmay be obtained by any resident under the age of 16, to trap in all countiesand cities of the Commonwealth. The fee for this license shall be $10 or assubsequently revised by the Board pursuant to § 29.1-103.
