§ 29.1-804. Suit to enjoin violations.

The Director may, whenever he shall believe from evidence submitted to himthat any person has been or is violating any provision of this chapter, inaddition to any other remedy, bring action in the name of the Commonwealthagainst such person and any other persons concerned or in any other wayparticipating in, or about to participate in, practices or acts so inviolation, to enjoin such person and such other persons from continuing thesame.
