§ 3.2-1216. Records to be kept by producer.
Every producer shall maintain a complete record of the apples grown by himand shall preserve the records for at least three years from the time suchapples are grown. The records shall be established and maintained as requiredby the Tax Commissioner and shall be open to the inspection of the TaxCommissioner.
