§ 3.2-1503. Cotton Board officers and compensation.
A. The Cotton Board shall elect a chairman and such other officers as deemedappropriate.
B. Members of the Cotton Board shall be reimbursed for all actual expensesincurred in the attendance of meetings of the Cotton Board and any otherCotton Board-related activities as authorized by the Cotton Board.
