A. The Small Grains Board shall elect a chairman and such other officers asdeemed appropriate.
B. Members of the Small Grains Board shall not receive compensation forattendance at meetings of the Small Grains Board, but shall be reimbursed foractual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
