The question to be printed on the ballots used in a referendum held pursuantto this chapter shall be as follows:
"Do you favor additional research, education, publicity and the promotion ofthe sale and use of soybeans and the continuation of the levy of anassessment of two cents ($0.02) per bushel in accordance with the provisionsof the Soybean Board?
