§ 3.2-2309. Referenda results; action of Governor.

If the Governor finds any referendum in order and that at least 60 percent ofthose voting are in opposition to the continuation of the assessment onsoybeans, he shall so proclaim and upon such proclamation the assessment onsoybeans will be discontinued. If the Governor finds that at least 60 percentof those voting are in favor of the continuation of the assessment onsoybeans, the Governor shall not so proclaim.
