A. The accounts and records of the Commission showing the receipt anddisbursement of funds from whatever source derived shall be in such form asthe Auditor of Public Accounts prescribes.
B. The accounts of the Commission shall be audited annually by the Auditor ofPublic Accounts, or his legally authorized representatives. Copies of theannual audit shall be distributed to the Governor and to the Chairmen of theHouse Committee on Appropriations and the Senate Committee on Finance.
