§ 3.2-3211. Right of entry and inspection; publication of information.

Any Commission employee designated for the purpose, shall have access to, andmay enter at all reasonable hours, all places where milk is stored, bottled,or manufactured into food products and any designated employee shall have thepower to inspect books and records in any place within the Commonwealth forthe purpose of ascertaining facts to enable the Commission to administer thischapter. All information ascertained shall be confidential, unless theparties concerned agree to its being given out. The Commission may combinesuch information for any market and make it public.
