§ 3.2-3222. Penalties.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter or of any license issuedby the Commission is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day during whichsuch violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate violation.Prosecutions shall be instituted by the attorney for the Commonwealth.
