§ 3.2-3303. Milk Commission powers preserved.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to diminish or limit the powersand responsibilities of the Milk Commission established by Chapter 32 of thistitle or to invalidate any action of the Milk Commission previously takenincluding any regulation adopted by the Milk Commission.
