§ 3.2-3619. Stop sale, use, removal, or seizure orders.

The Commissioner may issue and enforce a written or printed stop sale, use,removal, or seizure order to the owner or custodian of any lot of regulatedproduct distributed in violation of this chapter. The Commissioner shallrelease for distribution the regulated product held under a stop sale, use,removal, or seizure order when the requirements of this chapter have beenmet. If the Commissioner determines that the regulated product cannot bebrought into compliance with the chapter, the Commissioner shall release theregulated product to be remanufactured, returned to the manufacturer, ordestroyed.
