§ 3.2-3915. Products registered under Federal Act.
The Commissioner may register and permit the sale and use of any pesticideregistered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Suchproducts shall be subject to the registration fees and all other provisionsof this chapter.
