§ 3.2-3922. When Commissioner may refuse or cancel registration.

The Commissioner may refuse to register or cancel the registration of anybrand of pesticide upon satisfactory proof that the registrant has committedany of the acts prohibited by subsection A of § 3.2-3939 or any regulationadopted by the Board. No registration shall be revoked or refused until theregistrant shall have been given a hearing by the Commissioner.
