§ 3.2-4759. Records to be kept by dealers.

A. Every grain dealer in the Commonwealth shall keep such records of graintransactions for such reasonable periods of time and in accordance with goodbusiness practices as may be required by the Board.

B. Written agreements, in addition to such other information as may berequired, shall contain the following:

1. The seller's name and address;

2. The conditions of delivery;

3. The amount and kind of grain delivered;

4. The price per bushel or basis of value; and

5. The date payment is to be made.
