§ 3.2-4815. Commissioner's actions; injunction.

A. Nothing in this chapter shall require the Commissioner to: (i) report forprosecution; (ii) institute seizure proceedings; or (iii) issue a withdrawalfrom distribution order if a violation of this chapter is minor, or if theCommissioner believes the public interest will best be served by a suitablenotice of warning in writing.

B. The Commissioner may apply for, and an appropriate court many grant, atemporary or permanent injunction, restraining any person from violating, orcontinuing to violate, any of the provisions of this chapter, or regulationadopted under the chapter.
