§ 3.2-5110. Daily cleaning of instruments and machinery.
All trucks, trays, boxes, baskets, buckets, and other receptacles, chutes,platforms, racks, tables, shelves, and all knives, saws, cleavers, and otherutensils and machinery used in moving, handling, cutting, chopping, mixing,canning, and any other process, shall be thoroughly cleaned daily.
